Sodalite is a rich royal blue mineral widely collected and enjoyed gemstone. Massive sodalite pieces are opaque however, crystals are usually transparent to translucent, and it's related to Lapis Lazuli. Discovered in 1811 in Greenland. What aspecial way to recall the beautyof the Black Hills, Custer State Park and the Buffalo.
